1) Nosefrida
Totally beats those blue bulb snot suckers. And the amount of snot that you can get out is mind blowing!
2) Angel Care breathe detector
I still use it and if I forget to turn it on I still get nervous. I know, I need to get a grip! But it has been a great investment for a SIDS freak mom like me. Plus, babies aren't free of suffering from SIDS until their two. Woah!
3) pure coconut oil
I've been using this for diaper rashes or yeast on baby's bottom. A super small amount goes a long way and it has natural anti-fungal in it. Doesn't get much better. PLUS I use it for cooking, too. Talk about double whammy!
4) Pinterest.
Granted this wasn't in my life until maybe a few months ago, but can we say ENTERTAINING! I say that it is one of my top five because it helps me channel my inner nerd and get lost in creation. A fun outlet for me and I think most moms can agree that you can never underestimate the power of 'me' time to recharge the battery. Sewing or making or just letting my brain do something other than child rearing is my outlet. And let's give a big old AMEN to outlets!

5) face goop.
That's not its baptized name. It's Mary Kay Extra Emollient Night Cream. My mom swears by this stuff and has worn it to bed ever since I can remember. If I goop it on my face a few times a week I feel good. My mom has phenomenal skin and whether it's genetic or this goop that makes her look so dang young I will never know. I have taken on the tradition and Joe knows not to get too close after the goop has been gooped. It's super thick and sticky and it oozes in my skin. Yum!
There you go. My top five! What are your top favorites since becoming a Momma?

I'll have to make my own post, this is cute.
I'd have to go with: Girls Nights Out with other Moms. There is nothing like getting out, enjoying some food and wonderful friends with whom you can share stories with. Totally with you on the AngelCare. I absolutely cannot imagine using just a monitor for my infant/baby! Terrifying! Babywise- because without it I would have been LOST about sleep schedules and all that. I added my own two cents and took a few of theirs away, but overall I still am a huge believer in the eat/play/sleep cycle presented in the book! Magnadoodles:endless hours of fun and learning. Starbucks: enough said. Even just smelling it does WONDERS.
I'm going to have to invest in a magadoodle for sure... and amen to girls night out!! :)
