Highlights:
- Finding a swim suit top at the lodge shop that was cute and fits (low light: forgetting my brand new maternity suit at home)
- Finding a pair of sunglasses, too! (that Silas thoroughly enjoyed wearing)
- Figuring out that Silas had pink-eye the day before we left and getting him in to the Dr first thing the next morning.
-Realizing the pink-eye was a blessing in disguise because he had an ear infection, too. Could've been a rough vacation without antibiotics.
- Playing tennis and breaking a sweat (the rest of the trip was spent on my butt either on a boat or a lawn chair and I LOVED it!)
-Auntie M's iced decaf vanilla lattes. (below: Uncle Pat hanging with the boys at the coffee shop)
- Rita's ice cream buckets full of cookies and chex mix
- Beautiful weather
-Not coming home with a burn (thank you SPF 70!)
- Having many extra sets of hands to help with the little ones (Thanks guys!)
- Finally getting used to having plugged ears (they are still plugged )
- Only getting a warning for not having updated registration stickers on the jet ski
- A baby that took good naps and slept well at night (considering we did the family bed a littler more than I would've wanted)
- Enjoying dinner outside
- Silas officially knowing how to say 'boat'
- Seeing multiple displays of fireworks on our drive home late Sunday night
