Finally got out the camera cord and since my kids were sleeping by 7:30 tonight I thought I'd do some updating.

Veda goes through phases. This was a multiple underwear phase, which she revisited today. Today was 7 pair, her most was 12 at one time. But we have to limit the layering because she has a hard time taking them all off to go potty, and they get too tight and dig in her skin. My favorite has been the three pajamas at a time phase. With the tutu wearing a close second. Love her!

Daddy got a new toy. Goodbye jetski and dirt bike. Hello four wheeler (with an attached plow. Which equals a 'business expense'. Whatever works!) The kids love it and even if we get half an inch of snow Joe is out there playing plowing with the four wheeler.

 Classic Veda face.

Sledding with the kids in the back yard. Hauling them up the tiny hill one time did me in, so I just watched.
It has been SUCH a cold winter. School has been canceled four times and so we have had to get even more creative than usual. This was a trip to Caribou where the dry-erase wall entertained the kids for a while. Silas wasn't interested in writing his name, but he was willing to draw treasure maps!

A day when it wasn't too cold to sled.

This is our trip to the Dr for tonsillitis. Silas had white dots on the back of his throat and Veda wanted to double check to makes sure he was taken care of. He complied. It was a sweet sibling moment.

Veda was totally into writing her name on the dry-erase wall. I guided her verbally, but she busted out the letters on her own. The letters are somewhat randomly placed, but we take what we can get.

First movie theater movie. Frozen. They sat frozen then whole time (pun intended!).

Another cold day stuck at home. I made up a science experiment as we went along. Took out some dry lentil soup, a glass pan and a mason jar with 1 cup of water in it. It entertained them a good 20 minutes.
Nerd alert! Love that silly boy. He just keeps on getting sillier the older he gets; so much fun!
