Both of the kids were thrilled about the snow and getting to play in it. Veda wasn't so thrilled about her boots or her mittens. She wanted to just play in the snow without mittens, but soon realized that the snow is cold. Really cold.
Silas thought it would be cool not to let me get a photo of his face. But here they are rolling and digging. Since Sunday he has requests to play outside numerous times a day.
And this is what happens when he spends hours in the snow!
