Daddy is at church with Silas and Veda is sleeping peacefully so I have a few seconds to show off our new bundle.
After 3.5 hours of labor (total!) and 5 minutes of pushing she made her appearance!
Weighing in at an impressive 8lbs 1oz.
Silas meets his sister for the first time. She started crying not long after this picture. Silas handed her his milk and started gently rubbing her head and that is when I knew everything was going to be juuuuust fine :)

The pics of Silas meeting Veda for the first time are so precious! It's great that he was gentle with her. Loved getting to hold and meet her at the hospital! :)
Welcome Veda! I really can't tell who she looks like. Silas looked just like Joe to me when he was born....but now is obviously your twin. :) It will be fun to see who Veda looks like!
