28 and feeling great

28 weeks!

I passed the glucose test this morning-phew!
I am measuring 28cm (right on!), her heart rate was 144 bpm and she is already head down (adda girl!)

I still feel really great.  Heartburn is an issue now and again, but nothing Tums can't cure.  Sleeping is getting a tad uncomfortable, but I seem to be tired enough at night to sleep through the discomfort.

I am trying to stay strong ( literally, muscle wise).  I remember after I had Silas I came home and was able to do one measly knee push up.  LAME-O! So, in attempt not to lose all of my muscle I am doing 10 knee push ups a day (and hauling around a 27lb kid) and it's helping.  I feel stronger and more energetic and just overall good.  And they say staying strong will help with an easier labor, delivery and also help aide in a faster recovery time.  Bring it on!

All food is yummy, but now is the time where I can have about four bites of anything and I'm full.  Granted I'm hungry again in about 45 minutes, but I find myself getting annoyed that I'm full so fast because whatever I was eating was so good!

It's hard to believe that I am now in my third trimester.  That means we are just a few short months (or weeks!) away from seeing the snow fly!

Good for you for trying to stay strong! The last day I "worked out" was the day I found out I was pregnant, oops. Although we do go for lots of walks. And cute pants, are they maternity??

Betsy, I think being a nurse is a good enough work out!! Pants are maternity from Target :)

Ahh, Target Maternity. I have a love/hate relationship with their maternity section. Love some of the tops, but sometimes I just can't find much of anything! Those pants were a good find, though!
