I found this chair at Goodwill for $19.99. I bought it and then had to come and pick it up later with Joe's truck. When I brought Joe back to get the chair he was really confused as to why I purchased this chair. I explained that I was going to reupholster it and that the chair itself was great, it was just the old burnt orange fabric that was bad. We even asked a random lady what she thought of the chair....she said, "It has great lines. The vintage look is in." We took it home and it is now in our basement half torn apart. Reupholstering is going to be a little more tricky than I thought!! Stay tuned for the final product...don't hold your breath, it may be a while :-)

Angel you are so crafty! I love it!
Ang, this is great. I'm curious what the fabric you are using looks like :-)
p.s. when you were sewing with your machine at first did you have a hard time figuring out what to set the tension at??
Aim,
I'm not sure how to change the tension! I just choose a stitch and go to work :)
PS I'm curious to know what fabric I'm going to use for the chair, too!
I can't wait to see the finished product!
