Graduation

And he had a graduation ceremony as a Congratulations You Made It Through Your First Year Of Preschool. Even though Kindergarten is a whole 15 months away I still got choked up...a little. I'm pretty sure I'll be a hot mess spring of 2027 when he graduates high school. Can't Imagine!!

He did get to walk on stage, shake Ms Stacy's hand and receive a diploma, but those pictures are on my real camera and we all know about my lap top issues. So you are stuck with my phone photos.

 The teachers kept a journal with the kids work and also a portfolio of the year complete with photos and crafts. This was my favorite drawing:

He will not do this stuff at home. And look, Grandpa made the family portrait!! 

The teachers also printed off a little booklet of each child's signature. It's cute, it looks like some kids can write their name blind folded, and others are just a variety of circles and lines. Silas is still learning.... :)

It was definitely a successful school year. Silas made friends, felt loved and welcomed each day at school and also progressed in his development as the year went on. As a mom I don't think I could've asked for much more. Thsnks LADC for the fun year. And cheers to summer!!
