Silas' preschool had a little Parent Appreciation breakfast last Friday where the kids sang a bunch of cute songs to us. Here he is, cute as can be. He is next to his little buddy Josie. She is behind him (a full head taller!) so you can't really see her face. They are in the same music class and are nothin' but trouble!!

And in other news (the photo doesn't really go along with the news, but I thought it was sweet enough to document!), Veda has jumped on the potty train. Whoooot Whoooot!!  She has been kind of self potty training for the last six months. The kids usually run around in their undies at home and she gets excited about going potty. So we've done that for a while, with an accident here and there. I was just following her lead.  But never had we taken her out of the house in underwear. Until on Tuesday when Joe got her ready to go the the gym and her attire included underwear and not a diaper. It wasn't until we got home that I realized Veda was in underwear. So I just kind of went with it for the rest of the week. We've run errands, went to small group, the gym, played outside, all while staying dry. So I think we're there! Wow, that was a lot easier than with my oldest. Boys and girls and potty training; night and day in this house! It is for sure weird to only deal with diapers for nap and bed.
