Basement Progress

It's been a slow go, but we are in no rush. My brother in law is doing 95% of the work and we have been finding people here and there to do what he can't. It's been really fun to see it come together.

Some of the drywall has gotten up....but still a ways to go. This is looking into the sewing/craft room . It's small, but just enough room for a desk and some space to organize my crafting goodies. I am mostly excited about the french pocket doors.

I am standing at the sewing room door as I take this picture. The wall Silas is closest to there will be a TV. Opposite of the TV wall all there will be a wet bar (sharing a wall with the bathroom). And where Veda is about to walk there will (someday) be a pool table.

Bathroom (you can see the tub in there), guest room/play room is where the windows are, closet (bedroom style) and separate linen closet are across from the bathroom. We have some ceiling and wall ideas that will be fun to see come to life.

Pretty soon we'll be picking out the fun stuff!

And a picture of the kids in the basement for good measure. Hey look, one of them is fully clothed. A miracle!!
