Thanks, Mom

Happy Mother's Day!!!

Without my mom I would have no makeup applying skillz. Or bang poofing and side pony-tailing skillz.

I would have no fashion sense. Check out the pink sweatpants with the sweatshirt that clearly was bought in the boy section. And we can't forget the ratty old velcro shoes.

And I would have no Victorian portraits. 

But besides all the silly stuff I know I would not be who I am today without my crazy Mom. She taught be so much about love, compassion and best of all about Christ.

Today, as a mother myself, I can finally say that I understand all of the effort it takes to be a caring, loving, kind, gentle, trustworthy, compassionate, joyful, giving, organized, and the list goes on and on...mom!
