The Doc is encouraging us to 'let him cry it out' in the middle of the night. I knew I shouldn't be catering to his every need at 3am and the Dr telling me to let him be mad and that, in fact, he isn't starving and isn't going to faint from hunger through the night was what I needed to hear. I have a feeling that once he gets the hang of not getting up for food at night I will be kicking myself for not initating the 'cry it out' method months ago. And if you think of it, pray for us tonight...I have a feeling it's going to be a long one!
Otherwise, Silas is doing all of the things a baby at 6 months should be doing, like eating his toes!
