Turns out...

my neck is curved wrong, or should I say, not curved at all when it should be in a C shape, and that is why my back is all messed up. But the good news is I now know this and am getting in fixed!

that in order for the baby to fall sleep other than in the car one of us (usually me) needs to hold him horizontal with is head on the armpit and bounce up and down, and he does know when you're sitting down and hates it. It's a great quad and/or calf work out (depending on how you 'bounce')

applying sun screen to my own back is useless. I now have white and red blotches all over my back, and it hurts! I haven't been this fried since spring break '99.


Silas is officially too loud and squirmy to sit in church with us.
